STEM Fest is a one-day event held on the Iowa State campus. Geared towards elementary aged kids, this event gives kids of all ages a chance to learn about Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) through hands-on activities provided by campus departments, student organizations, and companies. STEM Fest is a collaboration between Ames Laboratory, WiSENorth Central Iowa STEM HubChemical Engineering (in kind), and The College of Liberal Arts and Sciences (in kind).

The 4th annual STEM Fest will take place on Saturday, March 28, 2020. More details will be available soon. It will be located at Howe, Sukup and Elings halls.

STEM Fest is FREE and open to the public with an emphasis on elementary school-age children. Parents and children will love the fun, educational activities!

Activities include, but are not limited to: robotics, Wildlife Care Clinic, virtual reality, Science Center Star Lab, Insect Zoo, and 3-D printing
